This amount consists of (i) 1,788,861 shares of Common Stock held by Ms. Garner, (ii) 146,683 shares of Common Stock held by the Jennifer Garner Trust, and (iii) 1,121,736 shares of Common Stock subject to outstanding options that are fully exercisable held by Ms. Garner. | |
